What is proof of business?
This is any official document that shows your business is legitimate. It could be:
• PACRA certificate — if you're a registered company or business name in Zambia
• Trading licence — issued by your local council (e.g. Lusaka City Council)
• ZRA TPIN certificate — your Tax Payer Identification Number document
• Professional certification — e.g. if you sell cosmetics, a health board cert
• Supplier invoice or receipt — showing you legitimately source the products you sell

Swift Seller Terms & Conditions
By becoming a seller on Swift Marketplace, you agree to: (1) Only list legal products — counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action; (2) Accurately describe your products including condition, specifications, and availability; (3) Fulfil all confirmed orders promptly and to the standard described; (4) Swift is not liable for disputes between you and buyers — you are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of your products; (5) Swift will collect payment from buyers and hold it in escrow until delivery is confirmed, then release your portion minus the platform fee (5–10% depending on your plan); (6) Swift reserves the right to withhold payouts in case of disputes or fraud investigations; (7) You are responsible for any applicable tax obligations on your sales income; (8) Swift Marketing (ads, promotions, carousel placement) are paid services and non-refundable; (9) You must not sell directly to buyers you meet through Swift outside the platform, bypassing Swift's fee structure, for 12 months.
